Spa Etiquette and Policies
Spa Environment: For consideration of all clients, please silence all cellular phones before entering the spa. Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa. Children are welcome with a scheduled appointment. However, we do request that children do not accompany you for your salon or spa service.
Your Comfort: This is your time and you should enjoy your experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or volume of music, just tell us. If you feel you would be more comfortable served by another team member, please let us know. We are a team of professionals and are pleased to have our clients work with all team members and staff. Please feel free to share with us how we can better serve you.
Service and Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a client.
Cancellation Policy: In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.
We do require a credit card or a Monroe’s gift card to reserve multiple service appointments. We do understand that unavoidable situations do occur, we will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations become habit, you will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointments. Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel any single scheduled service and 48 hours notice for multiple scheduled services. A 50% cancellation charge will be applied in the absence of adequate notice. A missed appointment will be charged 100% of service scheduled. We greatly appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.
Gift Card Policies: Gift cards can be purchased online, inside the spa & salon or by phone order. They expire 2 years from date of purchase. Gift Cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit. They cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity.
Product Returns: Within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange your salon product purchase or issue a spa credit towards your next product or service. Exceptions: Skincare product purchases may only be returned if they are unopened and unused.
Pricing: All prices are based on starting prices only. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

The following information is gathered from our visitors to our website: IP address, site visitation information, page views, browsers used and browser capabilities and site search queries. We also collect and retain any information submitted to our spa via the contact and other forms located in the site or in related landing pages or promotional pages.

We use the information we collect on the site to enhance your visitor experience. Our information is not shared with any parties outside of Monroe’s Salon and Spa and it’s designated agents. We make use of Google Analytics for site traffic reporting.

Your personal information is accessible only by designated Monroe’s Salon and Spa employees including administrative staff. In limited cases, personal information may be visible to our designated web service provider but that information is only related to site functionality. No individual personal information such as appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.
