A Note To Our Valued Clients

Your health and safety are our top priority.

  • We acknowledged that all services within the Professional Beauty Industry carry some risk in this viral environment due to the nature of the services provided and the inability to maintain social distancing. With that said, licensed professionals have been trained to mitigate these risks significantly through the use of proper infection control standards required by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. 

  • While we have always met high sanitation standards, we are taking on additional disinfection procedures to make you feel safe. Please know that the wellness and safety of our clients is our number one concern, so we are also implementing the following procedures to protect the health and well being of clients and Monroe’s team members. 

  • Stringent disinfection procedures are in place to be followed between every client. Please rest assured that that this happens under normal circumstances, but we are taking additional safety measures. All disinfectants used are Hospital Grade and EPA registered. Additional time between client appointments is being taken to guarantee proper disinfection of implements, work stations, and treatment rooms. 

  • Guests are required to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival to Monroe’s. Per the CDC guidelines, the backs of the hands, between fingers, fingertips, and under nails should be scrubbed for at least 20 seconds before rinsing. 

  • Hand sanitizer is available for both clients and team members throughout the building. 

  • Guests that do not feel well should cancel their scheduled appointment. 

  • Please come to your appointment alone. We ask that you do not bring children, family, or friends.  

  • Masks are optional. Service providers will wear a mask based on the comfort level of a guest.

  • Team members will be disinfecting high touch areas several times a day. 

  • Please make an appointment. Walk-ins can not be accommodated at this time. 

  • We have a no contact check out.
